Is it a flower or a flower Sprite in disguise? ;)

Peony the Flower Sprite/Fairy pattern is for intermediate crocheters.

US terms used

This pattern is worked in continuous rounds/spirals of single crochet. You will need to know how to do single crochet, half double, double crochet, slip stitch, increases and decreases and working in front and back loops.

Petal skirt is crocheted with the body as you go so these need to be made first.

Gauge is not important. Finished size if made using yarn and hook suggested will give a sprite that’s approx. 21cm.

Requirements
3mm hook or size needed so that no holes appear in stitches through which stuffing may show.
I used Carnival 8ply yarns in the following colours:
MC (Main colour) – Light yellow
CC1 (Contrast colour) – Dark Pink
CC2 - Light green
CC3 - Light pink
CC4 - White
8mm safety eyes
Needle for joining pieces
Stuffing
Pins for positioning pieces before sewing is recommended.
