Peony Top is a feminine top, with a ruffle along the neckline. The top is worked from the top down, where the front pieces and back pieces are made first, then joined, and the rest of the top is worked in the round. The edges are finished off with an i-cord edge. Finally stitches are picked up for the ruffle, which is also finished with an i-cord edge.
