Pepper Baby Jumper
With a classic drop-sleeve shape, the Pepper Baby Jumper is an good beginner knit. The jumper is designed for babies up to 24 months and children up to 6 years of age.
The textured broken rib pattern at the yoke disrupts the surface of the jumper to create a grid-like pattern of bumps and contrasts with the plain stocking stitch body and sleeves. A modified drop-sleeve provides plenty of ease and gives the sweater a roomy fit, an ideal extra layer. The jumper is finished with a button band at the shoulder and a 2x2 rib hem and cuffs and neckband. All in all, a simple and satisfying knit.
