The peppermint twist is a 2 color cable with the colors twisting around one another. It is achieved by using a combination of intarsia and short- rowed cable techniques, both of which are fully described within the pattern. Bag shown is 16” wide X12” tall. Smaller sizes can be made by knitting on fewer pegs. Make it on the purple double rake loom, the round yellow Knifty Knitter or any similar loom. uses 2 strands of chunky yarn (shown in Bernat Softee) Pattern requires 1 skeins of each color if purse along is knitted. With strap. it requires 2 skeins of each color. Looks complicated but is simple to do. Instructions for optional lining included.
