Perennial
Is it a capelet? Is it a cowl? Can’t it be both?
Perennial is an all-season over-the-shoulder accessory. During the warmer months, wear it like a capelet over your favorite summer top. During the colder months, drape it over your coat or sweater for an extra layer of warmth.
