My Perfect Purple Baby Socks pattern is great for intermediate knitters. To be able to complete it you will need to have a basic idea of not only how to knit and purl. It requires knowledge of:

• how to knit in the round with 4 needles;
• German short rows;
• decreasing (single right-leaning decrease and single left-leaning decrease);
• mattress stitch; I have made 2 videos that show how to make the heel with German short rows and how to decrease for the toe and sew up the tip of the sock, but I have no idea if I would be able to upload them to Raverly together with the pattern. So i case I won’t be able to do that, plase contact me by my instagram account once you buy the pattern and I will figure out how to share it with you.

This pattern includes directions to make following sizes: newborn, 0-3 mos., 3-6 mos., 6-9 mos., 9-12 mos.

What you’ll need for it:

• 2,5 mm double-pointed knitting needles,
• 1 skein 50g of DROPS Baby Merino (I’ve used 27g for 6-9 mos. size on the photos),
• 3 stitch markers
• a pair of scissors
• crochet hook 1,5 or similar
