The Perfectly Plain Beret is a simple straightforward beret. The beret shaping is done in 2 increase sections after the brim, making a nice clean break for the top.. The body is knit in stockinette in the round and the decreasing is worked in pie wedges. The top lays flat and is easy to pull down if desired. A short i-cord tab is optional
Approximately 100 gr of any DK weight wool is needed. I use Rowan Soft Alpaca DK. (2 50 gr skeins)
