Here is my pattern for an earflap hat with a little extra, cat ears!

It’s a basic pattern, with a small amount of crochet, but don’t let that put you off, it’s very basic.
The size is customisable from the standard given and can be made with only one 100g ball of Aran weight yarn. ( with a tiny amount for contrasting ears.)

Instructions are given to make 2 sizes of ears, small, and large.

I recommend using circular needles and magic loop to knit this pattern, but if you are more comfortable using dpns, or small circulars, or even 2 circulars, feel free to knit it however you want.
