This is a circular knitting pattern, where you knit the head and body as one piece and then sew the other parts onto it. I find it to be a really fun, quick knit that saves some time and yarn with its smaller, perky ears as opposed to my floppy eared version of the pattern. YOU WILL NEED EITHER CIRCULAR NEEDLES (for magic loop) or DPNs.

The bunny pictured was knit using worsted weight yarn and US size 7 needles, however, if you want a smaller toy, use smaller needles and yarn! I’ve done one using sport weight yarn as well, and the result was around 7-8” tall.
