I designed this generously sized placemat with modern (block-style) lettering. The pattern includes all of the letters in the alphabet (in all capital letters), and it can fit up to a 9-letter name. Instructions are also included for the edging shown in the listing photos.

The placemat is made using 10 weight cotton thread and a size 7 crochet hook. The placemat measures 12 inches high x 14 inches wide for names with an uneven amount of letters (1, 3, 5, 7, 9), and 12 inches high x 13-1/2 inches wide for names with an even amount of letters (2, 4, 6, 8). You must have the ability to follow written, graph and diagram/symbol instructions.
