I have been an enthusiastic ice cream lover my whole life. Traveling can bring unexpected delights. Sampling my first true Italian Gelato was cause for celebration. Pesca (peach) and fragola (strawberry) became my favorites. I hope you enjoy this sweet treat of a sweater for your little one.

Pesca is knit seamlessly from collar to cuff. The pullover begins with an easy to pull over the head rolled edge and rib neckline. It continues with a yoke shaped in the raglan style. The sleeve stitches are placed on waste yarn and the body is knit to the hem. The sleeves are completed last. A cable panel is centered on the front and a simple fit-perfecting rib adorns the center back.
