Petals Shawl is the second in a series of DK/worsted weight shoulder shawl. Like the first shawl in this series, Butterfly, as well as the series of shoulder shawls using bulky yarn in my Ravelry store, it is presented without cost so that you can knit it to provide warmth and a sense of caring to each recipient.

Petals Shawl is knit in one piece from the neck to the bottom and then finished with individually knit scallops.
This shawl is comprised of seven identical sections bordered by garter stitch. A simple lace pattern is inserted into the sections. It has a stand up collar of garter st. Single crochet finishes the lower edge of the scallops.
