Paramedics lead a fast-paced life but they’re always there for us, day or night. Pete the Paramedic has taken time out between calls to bring you this knitting pattern for himself (he stands 12 ins or 30 cms tall), his uniform, boots, mask and medical bag.

The pattern contains lots of photographs to help you through the trickier parts of making up.

Materials
• For Pete Mouse:-
o 50g grey double knitting yarn
o 10g of pale pink double knitting or 4-ply yarn for inner ears and embroidering features
o Black yarn for embroidering features
o Toy stuffing
• For the jumpsuit boots, mask and bag
o 40g dark green/ dark teal double knitting yarn
o 15g black, and 10g of white, double knitting yarn for the bag and shoes, but you could also make the bag in green or hi-vis yellow and grey.
o 16 ins (40 cms) black cord or braid for bag handles
o 10g white double knitting yarn for mask.
o 3 tiny buttons (5/8 in or 0.8mm are ideal)
o Small amount of pale blue double knitting yarn, and red, white, and gold embroidery thread for adding details.
