The pattern uses a 3.5mm hook with the resulting rabbit standing 16.5 inches or 42 cm tall.
You can use a fine/4 ply/no.2 yarn with a 3mm hook which will give you a smaller rabbit.

Worsted weight/8 ply/no.3 yarn is used throughout.
