Pete's Purple Heart
UK Crochet Terms Used
Stitches you need to know ar3
Chain
Slip stitch
Half Treble
Double crochet
It comes out as 14cm square if you use a 4.5mm hook and DK weight yarn but you can use any weight yarn with appropriate hook.
I used 30m of the background colour and 7m of the heart colour.
It can be incorporated into a blanket/cushion cover
This pattern was first produced as a handout for my c2c workshop at ELCG summer residential and has been reworked as a stand alone pattern to introduce people to pictograph c2c with a basic heart pattern, it has full written instructions.
The pattern is named after my son who against the odds has managed to learn to ride a bike and is now in the need of a bigger bike so all proceeds from this pattern will be going straight to his bike fund.
