Petits Plaisirs means “Small Pleasures” and this shawl is just that! It is an easy knit, comprised of all my favorite building blocks of knitting: garter, stockinette, yarn-over increases and simple eyelets! The shawl is a symmetrical triangle, starting with a garter tab and knit top down. It is easily customizable.

What you will need to know:
Stitches include knit, purl, slip 1, decreases (“knit 2 together“ as well as “slip, slip, knit“) and yarn-over increases. The pattern begins with a garter tab cast on and finishes with an i-cord bind off. Blocking is definitely encouraged to bring the shawl to its final size.

Only written instructions are provided given that there is no lace pattern to chart.

A very special thanks to my testers - check out their project page for beautiful examples of this design!
