This long, narrow crescent shawl is worked from the bottom up. The edging is knit first, from the bobbles row up; then the body is worked by short rows and finished with a garter stitch eyelet border.

This is a great project for semi-mindless work, once you get to the body section.

knit (K), purl (P), slip-slip-knit (ssk), knit 2 together (K2tog), purl 2 together (P2tog), purl 2 together through back loops (P2tog tbl), yarn over (YO), knit through back loop (Ktbl), and slip-K2tog-pass sl st over (SK2P)
