Needles: 4, 4.5, round needle 3.5. The pattern is from 1963, make check was the needle size then was in modern sizes.
Gauge: 18 stitches = 10cm. 5 rows = 2cm.
Yarn: 550g of rather course wool in a dark colour, 50g in a light.
