Techniques:
Garter tab cast-on, moss stitch, daisy stitch, ribbing, increasing, decreasing, bind-off.
Yarn and notions:
- Approximately 1,045 yds of worsted weight yarn
Suggested yarn: 8 skeins of Quince and Co Lark (134yds/50g) in Honey colorway.
- Circular needles are recommended for large stitch count
- US Size 6 (4.0 mm) needles for moss stitch section
- US Size 7 (4.5 mm) needles for ribbed section
- US Size 9 (5.5 mm) needles for daisy stitch section
- Tapestry needle and scissors
- Blocking mats and T-pins
Gauge:
9 st x 14 rows = 2 inches in moss stitch (with smallest needles). Gauge varies in this shawl as the stitch type and needle size changes.
