BEHOLD, the Phi Mu Quatrefoil beret! Knit in the round from the bottom up, the pattern for this homage-for-the-head to Phi Mu Fraternity is presented in chart form only. Allow 150 yards of your main color (white in the pattern photos) and 100 of the accent color (rose).

Techniques needed (or that can be learned while knitting this): Casting on in the round (I suggest backward loop method for this project), Fair Isle/stranded colorwork knitting, increasing stitches (kfb), and knitting in the round using DPNs (I know; I hate them, too).

As this pattern is in honor of Phi Mu, I strongly suggest using rose and white yarns. Gold and Black, like our badge, would also be lovely, or maybe rose and black or rose and grey… something like that. But yay for rose (that would be pink, for those of you who aren’t Faithful Sisters).

100% of the profits from the sale of this pattern will go to Phi Mu Foundation. The mission of Phi Mu Foundation is the lifetime development of women through the support of Phi Mu’s leadership, scholarship, philanthropic, and educational programs.
