The Greek letter “Phi” is the 21st letter of the Greek alphabet. It appears in this snowflake design (see if you can find it!) This stranded mitten is knit in the round, on four needles using fingering or sport weight yarn. Use two good contrasting colors and knit up a pair for yourself or a friend!

Size: Adult small/med
Needles: size 2, double pointed needles (you’ll need 4)
Yarn: Sport or fingering weight. You’ll need two skeins of contrasting colors. Larger needles and thicker yarn will yield larger mittens.
Gauge: 7 stitches X 7 rows = 1 inch
Note: In the interest of saving paper, the chart is printed so that you only need to reverse how you read it to get a left or right hand mitten. Follow the directions carefully and you will have a mitten for each hand!

It’s Phenomenal!
