PHILLIPPE newborn romper
This pattern is designed as photo prop.
Romper is knitted bottoms up, mainly in rounds on double pointed needles as one piece as much as possible (to avoid sewing pieces together).
Size: newborn (up to 1 month old baby)
Materials used:
Yarn: lace weight (2ply), I have used Alize Angora Gold 550m/100g
Needles: 3US, 3.25mm – selection of DPNs & circular 18” and 32”
Crochet hook 3.5mm
Skill level required: Intermediate
CO = long tail Cast On method

K = knit stitch
P = purl stitch
kfb = knit same stitch through front and back loop (increase)
K2tog = knit two stitches together
ssk = slip, slip, knit (slip one stitch knitwise, slip next stitch knitwise, then knit both slipped stitches through back loops)
YO = yarn over
RS = Right Side of work
WS = Wrong Side of work
sts = stitches
BO = bind off – I-cord knit method in this case
