Rose Phillips Wilson was a remarkable woman. She came to Sarasota in 1899 and founded its first newspaper, The Sarasota Times. Among many accomplishments, she was a founding member of a group that became the Woman’s Club of Sarasota in 1913. She was instrumental in helping local women register to vote, being one of the first two to do so (Alice Guenther was the other).

There are a set of patterns named after this trailblazer, Rose Scarf, Phillips Wrap, and Wilson Ruana.
When you add all three patterns (Rose, Phillips, and Wilson) to your cart, they will be discounted to total of $12.00. Past purchases will count towards this discount.
