Phyllis is a lovely ballerina elephant. She has a long curled trunk. She is wearing a gorgeous knitted skirt, which I have under-laid with a tulle tutu.

Se is knitted in 8Ply/Dk wool on 3mm needles (UK 11), knitted flat and then sewn together. Any 8 ply should give you a satisfactory result. She has button eyes. - you can easily embroider these instead, especially important if you are making a toy for a child under 3 years old.

I have included lots of photos which makes it a large file/pattern.
