What is PICC?

The Pediatric Interim Care Center (PICC) is a non-profit organization located in Kent, WA that provides immediate, short-term medical care between hospital and home for medically fragile infants suffering from prenatal drug exposure. PICC also provides educational and support services to the community in the recognition and management of substance abused infants.

My mother started knitting hats to donate to the newborns. She quickly got bored with plain hats, so I started to offer different patterns to keep the monotony to a minimum.
