We have resized one of our favorite blankets into a square! Then added instructions for adding two new colorways: Rosebud and Bluebell, along with our original Woodland.

It uses the same knit/purl stitches of basket-weave, zigzag rib and little checker as the original pattern, so it is a great project for a beginner to take her skills to the next level. We rate this pattern as easy.

A U.S. 6 (4mm) 32” circular needle, stitch markers and a tapestry needle are used for the blanket.

With our sport weight U.S. Organic Cotton, we get a gauge of: 18 stitches and 25 rows=4” after washing and blocking. 17 1/2” stitches and 27 rows=4” before washing and blocking.
