This lovely blanket would be a wonderful baby heirloom to be passed down from generation to generation. Blanket is worked in one piece from corner to corner. The first half is knit by using increases until the desired width. After a short turning section, decreases begin until you are back to the original number of stitches that were cast on. It knits up fairly quickly.

Size 7 (4.5 mm) circular is used. Change length as needed.
