This clutch has a distinctive look with yarn overs forming delicate eyelets across the front surface. A small hem reinforces the top edge, giving it added structure. Its front, outward rounded shape, is subtle and formed by joining front to back on a slight offset. The back piece and front flap closure is worked as one and has a decorative picot edging as a highlight. The opening is secured with a loop which fits snugly around a small bobble--out of sight when closed.

Create a collection of favorite colors and vary measurements by changing needle sizes. Consider adding a decorative button on the outside flap for a special finishing touch.

A set of straight and a pair of double-pointed needles are used (U.S. no. 5, or no. 7 or no. 9).

100% cotton yarn, worsted weight medium, is suggested though other yarn types are suitable.
