Material:

• 100g Platinum Sockenwolle (420m/100g)
• Nadelspiel/Neko/Rundstricknadel Stärke 2-3 (je nach Festigkeit des Strickens)
• Zopfnadel oder Alternativ eine Nadel eines zweiten Nadelspiels
• Stopfnadel zum Vernähen

Bei Benutzung einer 4-fachen Sockenwolle gelten die Angaben auf der Banderole, 2 Mustersätze vor Beginn der Ferse sollten bis Größe 44/45 möglich sein.

Benötigte Maschenarten:

• rechte Maschen
• linke Maschen
• 2 Maschen nach rechts verzopfen (Erläuterung in der Anleitung)
• 2 Maschen nach links verzopfen (Erläuterung in der Anleitung)

The socks are knitted in the round. The pattern includes detailed descriptions, but NO explanation of heel and toe. The original was made with a shadow wrap heel and toe decrease:

German size: 32-45, US size: female 2- 12.5, male 1- 11.5, UK size: 0-10.5

Material:

• You will need 100g/3.52oz of Schoppel Boots (4-ply, 400m/100g = 440yds/3.52oz), Boots SE (5-ply, 320m/100g = 350yds/3.52oz) or another sock yarn with up to 420m/100g = 460yds/3.52oz.
• Set of double pointed needles with 2-3mm (US: 0-2, UK: 14-11), depending on how tight you knit.
• Cable needle (alternative: use another double pointed needle)
• Sewing needle for darning in the ends

The pink original was made with 100g/3.52oz Boots SE, colored by wundervoll.biz. With that yarn you will be able to work 1 pattern repeat before the heel in size 41 (US = 8.5/9.5, UK = 7.5), with “normal” fingering sock yarn, you will be able to work 2 pattern repeats before the heel up to size 45 (US = 11.5/12.5, UK = 10.5).
The salmon original was made with sock yarn, 4-ply, colored by “Stricklillys bunte Wolle”.
The red original was made with sock yarn, 4-ply, colored by “Claudi’s Wollparadies”.

Required stitches:

• knit
• purl
• cable with 4 stitches, to the right and to the left (description in pattern)
• PLUS the techniques for heel and toe.
