A slice of pie and a cup of coffee are what diner dreams are made of. This pattern has instructions for customizing your slice. You can choose a smooth filling (chocolate, lemon, or coconut) or a lumpy filling (cherry, apple, or berries). Don’t forget to add a meringue topping or a top crust. The meringue and top crust topping patterns can even be made in different colors so you can make one-crust pies like pumpkin, pecan, or strawberry (see Pie Menu on page 113). Your pie can be scented with any matching fragrance to make it so realistic you’ll want to dig in as soon as you work the last stitch!
