This cowl is a part of the Inari Collection, inspired by the shapes and textures of the wilderness in the Inari region in Finnish Lapland. Pielpa is a name of a lake in the area.
This is a beginner friendly, fun and quick knit with a 8-ply / worsted weight yarn and a stitch pattern that keeps the work interesting.
Size: One size. Designed to fit snugly at the top and
spread out over the shoulders at the bottom.
Measurements:
Top circumference: 43.5cm / 17“

The Woolly 8ply is a smooth, worsted spun yarn with good stitch definition and elasticity.
Needles:
Choose the type of needle according to your preferred method of knitting in the round:
Size A: Top section
4mm / US 6 or size required to get gauge.
Size B: Middle section
4.5mm / US7 or size required to get gauge.
Size C: Bottom section
5mm / US8 or size required to get gauge.

Design notes:
This cowl is knit top down and in the round.
The stitch count remains the same throughout, the funnel shape is achieved by using three needle sizes.
