Today (July 25) marks year 2 after surgery, and I can’t think of a better way to celebrate this with all of you with a new design

PIER 39 is inspired by classic breton shirts and will be THE companion for summer

This top is worked seamlessly from the top down. First some short rows are worked back and forth to shape the neck. Then the upper part of the yoke is worked in rounds to the final shoulder width. Front and back are worked separately (back and forth) to the underarm. At underarm front and back are joined to work the body top down in rounds to the hem. Stitches are picked up around the arm openings to work the short row shaped sleeve ribbing. Neck is left unfinished.
