Pierce Family Christmas Stocking
This is a very quickly made stocking for everyone who loves homemade Christmas stockings! It takes me approximately 5 hours to complete one, and the finished result is fabulous. For more information about the pattern, check my blog post announcing its release:

Added notes about yarn requirements:
Buy 2 skeins of the Main Color and 1 skein of the Contrasting Color.
If you’re making multiples, it only actually takes about 1.5 skeins of the MC, so buy 3 MC skeins for every 2 stockings. Obviously the CC will vary depending on embellishments, but I made 5 of them with about 1/4 skein left to go.
If you need help with the embroidery stitches, google “blanket stitch” and “back stitch”. I haven’t yet had success with drawing adequate illustrations of these two, and I didn’t want to steal someone else’s drawing online.
Help with this pattern is always available if you message me here, or email me at vintagepatternplace@gmail.com.
