A simple guy with understated elegance, Pierre is knit in one piece from a double strand of charcoal worsted weight wool yarn without seaming. He is felted in a washing machine. Post-felting, his eyes are installed, his face embroidered, and he is stuffed with fiberfill. The only sewing is at the very end: his tummy is sewn closed where he had been stuffed, and his tail is attached. Comprehensive instructions with diagrams provide clear instructions along the way.
