This simple, but beautiful beanie is inspired by the golden-yellow button flowers of the Tansy plant. (“Pietaryrtti” is the Finnish word for the Tansy plant, also known in English as “Golden Buttons”).

TECHNIQUES
The beanie is knitted bottom up with the purl side to the front. The Golden Button flower pattern is made by crocheting at the same time as the work progresses. The beanie has a slouchy form.
The pattern is video supported.

Tämä yksinkertainen, mutta kaunis pipomalli sai inspiraationsa syksyisen Pietaryrtin kullan keltaisista kukista. Pietaryrtin tutumpi nimitys on Nappikukka. Sellaisilta nuo näyttävätkin, pipon reunaan neuloessa virkatut koristekuviot.
