Pig afghan square
I met a woman who wanted to make a blanket for a pig rescue. She had photos of a pig afghan that I absolutely could not find online; so she and I developed a new one!
This version has shiny black button eyes but if that sounds less-than-comfortable for your chosen application, feel free to substitute embroidery, appliques or even fabric paint.
The curly tail is a scrawny-cute single crochet corkscrew but you can use double crochets instead for a comically fat tail.
Aside from the obvious use as the featured square in a farm-themed afghan, you could also use it in an accent pillow or as the front side of a shoulder bag. Let your imagination go hog-wild!
