Pig and Monkey
by Sarah Lyons
Both pig and monkey stand about 10cm high, I got them both out of one ball of the patterned yarn and a small amount of contrasting colour.
I used Sirdar snuggly baby Crofter (shade 0159). You will need a little bit of contrasting colour for the face and feet/hands of monkey (I used Sirdar Snuggly shade 0344)
You’ll also need:
- Some position markers (I use hair grips a.k.a. kirby grips/bobby pins)
- A pair of scissors
- Some stuffing stuff
- monkey sits better with some poly pellets in the base - a walnut sized amount tied loosely into a stocking.
- A blunt needle for sewing bits together
- Safety eyes - I used 9mm black
