Pigasus the piggycorn
- Chenille yarn: I used Himalaya Dolphin Baby and Yarnart dolce for the regular size and Himalaya dolphin big for the jumbo size. I used 2 skeins of main color yarn (pink) for the regular size and 4 skeins for the jumbo size; Less than half skein for the secondary color (white).
- Crochet hook: I used a 4.5mm hook for the regular size and 8mm de the jumbo size.
- 15mm-20mm black plastic eyes or black felt & glue, or 25mm-30mm for the jumbo size.
- Acrylic fiber for stuffing.
- Darker pink chenille yarn for the cheeks.
- Thin cotton/acrylic yarn for details and sewing.
- Sewing needle.
- Stitch markers.
- Scissors.
- Pin needles for securing the pieces at sewing.
- Large knitting needles for securing large pieces at sewing. I personally use “Amistix” from @dandeliontonic
GAUGE:
14 SC x 13 rows = 4” x 4” (10 cm x 10 cm) in single crochet using a 4.5 mm hook.
Adjust hook size as needed to obtain the correct gauge.
