Pimp my Afghan
This multipurpose blanket/afghan/wrap/stole is very easy to knit in any yarn you like. Once the knitted bit is finished and you reached the desired size, you will PIMP your afghan with embroidery.
I advise using a solid colored yarn to knit the blanket with and a variegated yarn to pimp your blanket in any color you like.
Or you can use scrap yarn in any material and color you like.
I used a slightly thicker yarn to PIMP the blanket in order for the embroidery to lay on top of the knitted stitches.
As to the size of this blanket. You can adjust the size very simple to any scarf, cowl, shawl, baby blanket size you want by adjusting the amount of pattern repeats both in width and length of the project.
I advice you to always knit a swatch in order to calculate the desired pattern repeats.
Finished size: 1.00 cm x 190 cm
Gauge: 1 pattern repeat = 12 cm wide
2 pattern repeats = 7 cm high
