Pin Up Rainbows is small cowl that is knit in the round using assigned pooling yarn. Assigned pooling is the magical technique of assigning certain stitches or groups of stitches to a certain colored section of your yarn. I call these colored sections, color bursts! Yay! This fun little cowl is knit seamlessly in the round and although it looks like it might be difficult it is rather easy and fun!

This patten has both written instructions and several super unprofessional yet extremely helpful video tutorials. I recommend using the videos for sure!

one, 115g skein of Dreamy DK from A Whimsical Wood Yarn Co. will make this cowl. What you need is a skein of yarn that is mostly all one color with one section of the skein in a contrast color or colors. This section should measure about 12 inches.
