In an effort to balance financial affordability with fair, sustainable pricing, I have adopted a Pay What Works pricing model. This allows you to pay what you are able while valuing all of the work that goes into making each pattern. The price listed reflects what I believe to be the true value of the pattern and the work of all those that make the pattern possible.

Use the coupon codes at checkout for the price that works best for you. No code is needed to pay the listed price.

The Pinball Mittens combine a graphic design with a dynamic new construction to create a pair of mittens that you will love to knit as much as you love to wear them. The cuff is knit flat and grafted, then stitches are picked up to knit the hand in the round. Brioche cables create lines that bounce back and forth like a pinball. A garter stitch palm creates a smooth, soft texture to make it comfortable to use your hands in the cold. Combine them with the Pinball Hat to make the perfect matching set.

The mittens are knit in two color brioche and garter stitch. Video tutorials are linked for many of the techniques, including brioche increases and decreases, brioche cables, grafting, and picking up stitches. Instructions are provided in both written and charted form.
