Pine Cone
This pattern is
available for free.
“This is a very quick and easy pattern that my half sister gave to me. Someone else had given it to her. You will not believe how quickly you can make these. They look so pretty on the Christmas tree!”
The gauge is not important. The final cone is approximately 3”. Only a small amount of yarn is needed.
It is important that the yarn not be too soft nor too thin. A tighter gauge leads to a better-looking result.
Photos accompany the pattern to show what it will look like at various steps.
Stitches used: chain, double crochet, slip stitch
