• This square is worked back and forth in rows using the shell
stitch. This is a modified version of the shell stitch in order to
match the stitch count for the other square. If you are familiar
with shell stitch, you will notice a slight variation.
• A border is added around the perimeter of the square.
• Before the border, the square should measure approximately 7
¼” x 7 ¼“.
