This small Square is very nice and delicate if you crochet it with a very thin thread, and in this case it is suitable for a doily (sewing motifs in a rectangular shape, e.g 810), or a summer vest.

If you crochet it with a thicker thread it can be used as coaster, because it is flat enough.

Material : Pearl cotton # 16, hook 0.75 mm (US steel #10), lilac; you can substitute with Cebelia #40 or equivalent cordonnet thread (but the gauge can slightly vary)
