This design is NOT suitable for beginners.

You will be need 2 of 50g skeins (50 g = 105 m) of DK weight yarn (American Size – Double Knit or Light Worsted) and short (40cm) circular knitting needles 4 mm (US 6) or size needed to obtain the correct gauge for your yarn (please refer to the yarn label). In addition, you may need a very short (10 cm) double pointed needles of the same size. Notions: 1 stitch marker and yarn needle.

You will need to know how to work in the round on circular knitting needles and
k (knit)
p (purl)
k2tog (knit 2 stitches together)
k3tog (knit 3 stitches together)
p3tog (purl 3 stitches together)

Only one size shown in this pattern is Adult Small (S) for approx. head circumference 54-55 cm.

Depth (approx. length of the hat) 20-21 cm.

Please do not attempt to change size by reducing or increasing repetition of design. Instead use different size of yarn and needles.
