The pattern calls for nine strips of fourteen granny squares but I found it to be a little narrow when I made it so that is the reason for the extra yardage on yarn to make sure if you want to add rows you have enough. The picture is of nine strips, I added an extra strip to my wrap.

The gauge swatch is 2 1/2” square worked same as first square.
