The Pinnacle Shawl
When I created the Pinnacle Pullover, I knew right away that the stitches would be perfect for a matching shawl. So I picked out one of my favourite DK yarns and set about making it.
Constructed from a combination of simple and textured stitches, this shawl is a quick and easy project. Basic double crochet and mesh stitches give the piece lightness and drape, while the mixed cluster, back loop, and third loop stitches add character.
Finished Size:
Instructions given to make a 45” H x 75” W shawl (after blocking) with added notes for making a smaller or larger shawl.
Materials:
I used Hobbii yarns Colorina, which is a 80% Acrylic/20% Wool, #3 DK weight yarn.
Any yarn of similar weight would work.
Approximately 1500 yds.
5mm Hook
Stitch Markers
Yarn Needle
Scissors
