Pinson (it’s the French word for Finch) is a joyful cardigan, perfect for the little birds in our lives.
Knitted in one piece, from the top down and entirely seamless, it features a brioche stitch band on the yoke which adds texture and a pop of color.

SIZES
3 (6 – 12) months, 2 (4 – 6) years
Finished bust measurements, approx. 50 (54 – 60) 64 (68 – 74) cm.

YARN
1 (1 – 2) 2 (2 – 2) skein of Madelinetosh « Tosh Merino Light » shown here in Smokestack, or approx 300 (330 – 415) 470 (570 – 660) yards of main color.
And approx. 45 (55 – 65) 75 (90 – 110) yards of contrasting color for the brioche part. In my sample a used a remaining of sock yarn that I had in my stash.

Il se tricote d’une pièce, du haut vers le bas, sans couture. Sa petite particularité est la bande en point de brioche sur l’empiècement, qui apporte de la texture et une touche de couleur.
