Die Pippa Socks werden vom Bündchen nach unten zur Spitze hin gestrickt.

Die in Reihen gestrickte Fersenwand bekommt durch Hebemaschen nicht nur eine schöne Optik, sondern ist auch besonders haltbar.

Durch einige verkürzte Reihen wird das Käppchen schön rund geformt.Der Spickel wird mit nach rechts und links geneigten Abnahmen gearbeitet.

Die Spitze ist besonders einfach zu stricken und macht einen schönen Fuß.

Du magst es bunt? Dann stricke die Pippa Socks mit Ringeln
oder breiten Streifen zwischen den Vikkel Braids oder einem selbstringelnden Garn. Besonders schön werden die Pippa Socks, wenn du das Bündchen, die Ferse und die Spitze farbig absetzt.

und Kontrastfarbe je 30 g Rohrspatz und Wollmeise Wollmeisen Birdie (80 % Schurwolle, 20 % Polyamid, Lauflänge ca. 93 m/30 g)
in den Farben Limone und Frühling.

Rundnadel 2 - 3 mm, mind. 80 - 100 cm lang.
Optional 1 Häkelnadel in der Stärke der Rundnadel und 1 Nadel 2 - 3 mm eines Nadelspiels zum Umsortieren der Masche

Maschenprobe, gewaschen und gespannt
10 mal 10 cm glatt rechts =
30 Maschen mal 42 Runden mit Nadel
2 - 3 mm.

Für den provisorischen Schlauchanschlag benötigst du 1 Stück glatten Hilfsfaden (z.B. aus Baumwollgarn) in der Stärke des Garns.

The Pippa Socks are worked cuff down to the toe.

As the heel flap is worked flat with slip stitches, you create not only a pretty, but also a particularly durable sock.

The heel flap is shaped with short rows. The gusset is worked with right and left leaning decreases.

The toe is easy to knit and looks great on the foot.

You like colours? Work your Pippa Socks with wide or slim stripes in between the Vikkel Braids or with a self-striping yarn.
The Pippa Socks will turn out even more beautiful, when you add colour to the cuff, heel and toe.

You prefer a longer leg for winter time? Or the classic length for transition season? Vary the length of the leg as you like.

Optional: 1 crochet hook in the same size as the circular needle and 1 dpn 2 - 3 mm for rearranging the stitches.

Gauge, washed and blocked
10 mal 10 cm in stockinette stitch =
30 stitches x 42 rounds on needle 2 - 3 mm.

Supplies
