Time for a Spring CAL!
Inspired by Pippi Longstocking’s colorful, cheerful, and crazy world, I’ve designed a blanket for my niece’s 9th birthday.
It consists of a total of 9 pattern pieces, with 4 different charts to choose from for each piece: one chart for classic overlay mosaic (including written instructions), and 3 additional charts with different variations for combining with tapestry crochet.
The detailed instructions are suitable for both beginners and advanced crocheters.
Only basic stitches are required, mainly single crochet and double crochet.
The mosaic technique uses at least two colors, and for my Pippilotta model, I used 22 different colors. The blanket is therefore also a great way to use up yarn scraps. Exact color and quantity details are provided in the introduction section.
The CAL will take place in my Facebook group “Mosaic Crochet Club.” There, you can share your progress and connect with like-minded people. There will also be support if you encounter any issues.

Zeit für einen Frühlings CAL !
Inspiriert von Pippi Langstrumpfs kunterbunter, fröhlicher, verrückter Welt habe ich eine Decke für meine Nichte zum 9. Geburtstag designed.
Sie besteht aus insgesamt 9 Musterteilen, wobei bei jedem Teil 4 verschiedene Charts zur Auswahl stehen: jeweils ein Chart für klassisches Overlay Mosaik (inklusive schriftlicher Anweisungen) und 3 weitere Charts mit verschiedenen Varianten für die Kombination mit Tapestry.
Die umfangreiche Anleitung eignet sich daher sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene.
Es werden nur einfache Stiche benötigt, hauptsächlich feste Maschen und Stäbchen.
Bei der Mosaiktechnik kommen mindestens 2 Farben zum Einsatz, ich habe für mein Pippilotta Modell sogar 22 verschiedene Farben verwendet. Die Decke ist also auch ein sehr guter Resteverwerter. Genaue Farb- und Mengenangaben werden im Einführungsteil aufgelistet.
Der CAL wird in meiner Facebook Gruppe “Mosaik Häkel Club” stattfinden. Dort kannst du deine Fortschritte präsentieren und dich mit Gleichgesinnten austauschen. Außerdem gibt es dort Hilfestellung, falls Probleme auftauchen.
